I hate the news

I just hate the news - it is just too depressing at times and I just don't want to watch it or even listen to it and I don't want my kids to listen to it - I think there is plenty of time in their lieves to listen of the doom tof the world and the news and I don't want them to lose their childhood innocence just quite yet!
