Second Chances

I don't usually give second chances but come on really - it is a wast of my time and the rest of the peoples time sometimes to give that secton chance because it isn't really a second chance it is around the 10th after 4 weeks of doing the same thing - and it just isnt fair to the other people that are acutally doing something.
