It all began in 1966 when Fairfield simply began as a land devolpment company - just selling subdivided lots, custom built homes and whole ownership condos…wow how times have change with that one! And did you know that lots still continue to this day.

In 1979 Fairfeild began sellign timeshares that provied an annual resort vacation at a specific sport for familis - they called that FAX - Fairshare Exchange of Fairfeild Resorts, Inc. Owners could visit other Fairfeild resorts to spend an annual vacation week there - fixed week timeshar.


They are headquartered in Orlando, Florida and the company has over 9000 employees. They have expection services all the way from tropical beachs to the colorado gold and golden sands. And their resorts are located at the most visited and desirable plaesin the the world! Over 80% of fairfield resorts have been awarded a “Gold Crown or “resor of International Distiction” that is a ranking by RCI - this is an elite honor that is awared to them and that they have earned. They are always trying to better their places - creating upperend tier or luxury presicential suite and even Adventure Clubs making their reputation and excellent choice to choos among people worldwide.
