Pain

Oh my goodness my back is in so much pain right now it is just horrible - it is my lower back and it is just in so much pain. I amsitting down and I ahve a pillow supporting my back but it is not doing much of anything for me - I think that I have toget a heating pad or somehting like that because this is just unbearable.
